One of the earliest photographs of campus (ca. 1893), this image was taken from the present site of the CUB (Compton Union Building) looking east. A farmer works the fields located on the present site of Martin Stadium. College Farm House is visible in the background. It was one of the first structures built on campus. It was later demolished for the construction of Johnson Hall.
